BIG BIG internal change!
Went to our house this week , pretty close to finish ! The only thing I could think of needs to be done is the "carpet ". Walk-in robe, pantry, smart wiring, ducted heating, showers, bathtub, taps, downlights, downpipes...are all completed. So, are we supposed to have handover soon ?

What is smart wiring? I've heard the term so much lately but have no idea what it actually is or how it works? Would you mind explaining it to me?
