It's really hurt! and it made me look like a little clown :(

got pissed off waiting for nothing

Finally, after several days useless waiting, yesterday I decided to go to Perpetual myself to figure out what the hell was going on . My solicitor said she called them millions of times, but no response at all, and she can do nothing to this. BUT, there must be some way out! If no one answered the phone, I would knock the door to see if someone opened it. In fact, when I went there, the lady who's in charging of our case, still try to find couple of excuses for their unacceptable delay. And I would not listen to her, and kept complaining about their service.  It literally works!  At least, it made her aware of our case.
I asked for her direct phone number, which she claimed to be answered all at immediatley, and gave it to my solicitor. After serveral calls between them I suppose, our settlement was decided on Thursday morning. Though it's bit late than we expected, but finally there's a date!

Fingers crossing.

disappointed

I just couldn't understand why it took sooooo much time for Perpetual to nail things down and to get back to us...from last Wednesday when we received the loan documents till now, altogether four business days and a long weekend, neither my broker nor my solicitor heard a word from Perpetual!!

This morning, my broker wrote to me that during this busy season, they are too busy to get things done on time. But I really don't think we as customer have to be responsible for their delay! Busy is never a good excuse. We've already patiently  extended the settlement. What else ? another extension ? No. I never let it happen.

It really upset me and I will keep chasing up  this afternoon. Maybe I would think of making a formal complaint to Perpetual ...

Tomorrow should have been the settlement day..but,up till now, I hear nothing from our solicitor.Even though they said it would make no difference in extending the settlement day. But why we have to waste loads of time out there?..no comments...

I just found I haven't yet post our color selection. Here you go.

land titlement due to 11.Dec

I got email from my solicitor that our land settlement due date is 11.Dec. ~~woohoo!!!

However, things never gonna be so smooth, never. Yesterday, the settlement agency for NAB , Perpetual , still haven't received our documents, which I posted on last Wednesday afternoon. It's unbelieveable.... cannot imagine how slow the Australian Post is !
We don't have enough time to make the settlement anyway. What can I do ?...My solicitor advised to ask for a settlement extension while still to chase up the Perpetual to check the documents being received...

Now, I knew that the only thing I can do is to : W-a-i-t!

Purchase our first vacant land

Time really flies~~~it's been almost 19 months since we came to Melbourne, and we bought our first land in Point Cook. We couldn't stop dreaming about our first house and I really wanna write down all the tears and laughs all the way. Couldn't it be so exciting moments?
So Kevin and I decided to start our building blog from right now, and I also hope everyone who happen to see this, can share with us the joyful and interesting experience.
Now , here it goes...
